Each pair is handcrafted with care & your satisfaction is essential to us. Should you need to request a return or exchange, please review our policy below before continuing.
Return Policy
- All returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from refund total.
- Boots must be in new, unworn condition- free from scuffs, creases, dirt, or wear on the soles.
- Worn boots are not eligible for a return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Custom Outsole Upgrades
- Returns for boots with custom outsole only qualify for partial refund- full refund on boot and 50% refund on custom outsole upgrade.
- Exchanges are not available for custom outsole upgrades.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of original purchase date.
- In order to qualify boots must be unworn in new condition - free from scuffs. creases, dirt, or wear on the soles.
- Any boots returned for exchange that show signs of wear will automatically be mailed back to customer.
- All exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping fee (to partially cover return and reshipment label)
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email our team at support@seven24.store with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack your boots in their original box and ship them back within 7 days of receiving your label.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed once your boots are received and inspected.
Final Sale Items
- Boots that have been worn, altered, or show any signs of use.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Custom outsole upgraded boots qualify for partial refund only.
